a one man show & still killing the game 😌

The Chino Hills Huskies aren't your traditional high school basketball team and this is a good thing. The Huskies have gone all season 34-0 with a star-studded starting five that features LaMelo Ball, Lonzo Ball, LiAngelo Ball, Eli Scott, and Onyeka Okongwu. Their regular and post season dominance has caused all of their games to sell out, especially here, where they defeated the Bishop Montgomery Knights 84-62. The Ball Brothers (Lonzo, LiAngelo and LaMelo) have been the talk of high school basketball due to the numbers they put up nightly, and their respective playing styles. Lonzo has been everywhere, averaging a triple double the entire season, and leading Chino Hills as the only senior on the squad. LiAngelo, on the other hand, is the leading scorer out of the three brothers, and utilizes his strength to bully his defender in the post, or by stepping out from 3 pt. range and knocking down deep jumpers off the catch. LaMelo Ball is definitely the most intriguing prospect. LaMelo showed a combo of shot-making, court vision, and attacking the rim. He drained a ton of deep threes, one specifically from 30 feet out. He is definitely a prospect to look out for in years to come. The other members of the crew are also brilliant. Eli Scott has a high motor, defends very well, and he can jump out the gym! Onyeka Okongwu is a very fluid post player with a mid-range game and shot blocking ability. Keep an eye out for Chino Hills as they try to make history today vs. De La Salle by winning the CIF Open Division State Championship.
